KNEAD TECHNOLOGY, represents a unique case of food innovation and Regenerative Economy applied to the agri-food sector, which through process innovation brings benefits to the environment, to those who consume it and to those who sell it.
The goal of KNEAD TECHNOLOGY is that of give new life to excess pasta resulting from overproduction and warehouse remains, unsold stocks or food surpluses and in particular to pasta and/or waste derived from the processing of dry pasta of any kind, in order to obtain a final product characterized by distinctive organoleptic properties starting from a different raw material and usually intended for destruction or secondary production of feed for animal use.
Impasta technology was developed thanks to the precious collaboration with the Garofalo pasta factory.

Meraviglia di Impasta is a preparation for food use composed of a granulate obtained by crushing excess pasta and other flours, to be used for the preparation of doughs and/or baked and/or leavened products of any kind, sweet and savory.
The mix is available in three different compositions: white, organic wholemeal and gluten free.
Meraviglia is intended for the final consumer but also for the professional chef, able to facilitate and improve the preparation of leavened products.
Embracing philosophy WASTE FREE, applies the concepts of CIRCULAR ECONOMY And ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY.
DOUGH WONDER MEANS
- Greater toughness, which allows, during the cooking phase, to obtain a product capable of reaching very good leavening levels. The same toughness remains even after the cooking process.
- Greater extensibility compared to samples made without Meraviglia allows for better processing in the 3D field.
- Greater volume than mixes other than Meraviglia.

PAN PASTA
PanPasta is the innovative line of savory and sweet leavened products made using Impasta's Meraviglia Mix.
Handcrafted product.
Sustainable due to the raw materials used, and available in modified or frozen atmosphere. Incredibly soft and meltable inside, e crispy on the outside.
